1. General Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between dj222 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") and any individual ("you", "the Player", "the User") who registers an account or uses any service offered through the dj222 website at https://dj222.bet. By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms.

dj222 operates as an online casino and sports betting platform serving the Bangladesh market. All services are provided in English. The Platform's primary currency is Bangladeshi Taka (BDT), and all account balances, deposits, withdrawals, wagers, and winnings are denominated in BDT unless otherwise stated.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with the dj222 Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form part of the overall legal framework governing your use of the Platform. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and any other document, these Terms shall prevail unless expressly stated otherwise.

dj222 reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, registered players will be notified via their registered email address or via an in-platform notification. Continued use of the Platform after such notification constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must close your account and cease using the Platform.

These Terms are written in English. In the event of any ambiguity, the English-language version shall be the authoritative version for interpretation purposes.

2. Account Registration

To access the full range of services available on dj222, you must register a personal account. Registration is free of charge. You may register only one account per person. Registering multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of all balances held within them.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and a valid mobile number registered in Bangladesh. You must not use fictitious names, aliases, or third-party identity information at any stage of the registration process.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your dj222 username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person or allow any other person to access your account. dj222 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account where such access results from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify dj222 customer support immediately via live chat. dj222 reserves the right to temporarily suspend your account pending investigation of any suspected unauthorised access.

Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification: dj222 is required to verify the identity of all players prior to processing their first withdrawal. KYC verification may require you to submit a copy of a government-issued photo ID (such as a National Identity Card or passport), proof of address, and — where applicable — proof of the payment method used. Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period of a withdrawal request may result in the request being placed on hold until verification is complete.

• Accepted identity documents include: Bangladesh National Identity Card (NID), valid passport, and government-issued driving licence.
• Accepted proof of address documents include: utility bills, bank statements, or official government correspondence dated within the last three months.
• dj222 reserves the right to request additional documentation if required to satisfy its verification obligations.
• KYC documentation must be submitted in a legible format. Blurred, cropped, or altered documents will not be accepted.

3. Age Restriction & Eligibility

By creating a dj222 account, you confirm and warrant that:

• You are at least 18 years of age at the time of registration.
• You are accessing the Platform voluntarily and for personal entertainment purposes only.
• You are not accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You are not acting on behalf of any third party or using the Platform for commercial purposes.
• You have not been previously excluded from the Platform or any related service.

dj222 encourages parents and guardians to make use of parental control software to prevent minors from accessing online gambling services. If you have reason to believe that a minor has accessed dj222 using your account, you must contact our support team immediately.

Age verification may be conducted at any time during the player's relationship with the Platform, not only at the point of withdrawal. dj222 reserves the right to suspend account access pending satisfactory proof of age and to refuse service to any individual who cannot demonstrate that they meet the minimum age requirement.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on dj222 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The Platform supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank (DBBL), City Bank, and BRAC Bank. Payment method availability may be subject to change; current options are always displayed in the Cashier section of your account.

Deposits: Deposits are processed in real time in most cases. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. dj222 does not charge any platform-side fee on deposits, though your payment service provider may apply its own transaction charges. Deposited funds are credited to your dj222 account balance immediately upon confirmation of receipt by the Platform.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed within one (1) to three (3) business days following successful completion of KYC verification. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method that has been previously used for a deposit, or to a verified payment method registered in the player's own name. dj222 will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.

Withdrawal holds: dj222 reserves the right to place a temporary hold on a withdrawal request in the following circumstances: (a) KYC verification has not been completed; (b) the account is under investigation for suspected fraudulent activity; (c) the player has an active bonus with an incomplete wagering requirement attached to their balance; (d) there is a technical issue with the payment processing system. Players will be notified of the reason for any hold via the live chat support channel.

Deposits made to dj222 are intended for use on the Platform only. dj222 is not a banking institution; deposited funds do not accrue interest. Players who deposit funds without placing any wagers and who subsequently request a withdrawal may be subject to an administrative review before the withdrawal is processed.

5. Bonus & Promotions Terms

dj222 offers a range of promotional bonuses to eligible registered players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms stated on the applicable promotion page, as well as the general bonus conditions set out in this section. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and this section, the specific promotion's terms shall apply.

Welcome Bonus: New players who register a dj222 account and make a qualifying first deposit may be eligible for a welcome bonus of up to ৳20,000. Eligibility conditions, the minimum qualifying deposit amount, and the applicable wagering requirement are stated on the Welcome Bonus offer page and must be read in full before the bonus is claimed.

Wagering Requirements: All bonuses issued by dj222 carry a wagering requirement — a minimum total betting turnover that must be achieved before any winnings derived from the bonus can be withdrawn as real money. Wagering requirements are expressed as a multiplier (for example, "30x" means the bonus amount must be wagered thirty times). Only wagers placed on eligible games contribute to the wagering requirement. The contribution percentage of different game categories is stated on each individual promotion page.

• Bonuses must be used within the expiry period stated on the offer. Expired bonuses will be removed from the account balance without compensation.
• Only one bonus may be active on an account at any one time unless explicitly stated otherwise on the promotion.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value until all applicable wagering requirements have been fully met.
• dj222 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer, amend wagering requirements, or modify bonus terms at any time with reasonable notice.
• Any player found to be engaging in bonus abuse — including but not limited to low-risk betting patterns designed to meet wagering requirements without genuine gameplay risk — may have their bonus cancelled and their account reviewed.
• Bonuses may not be used in conjunction with each other unless specifically permitted by the relevant promotion terms.

dj222 reserves the right to exclude any player from participating in a specific promotion if there is reasonable evidence of promotional abuse, multi-accounting, or any other conduct inconsistent with genuine recreational play. Any decision by dj222 regarding bonus eligibility is final.

6. Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets placed and all games played on dj222 are subject to the specific rules of the relevant sport, game, or event. These rules are accessible within the relevant game or betting market interface. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the applicable rules before placing any wager.

Sports Betting: Cricket betting markets on dj222 cover BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC Champions Trophy, bilateral Test series, and other international fixtures. Additional sports including football, kabaddi, and hockey may also be available. All sports betting odds are subject to change up to the point at which a market is closed. Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed by the player. dj222 is not responsible for odds fluctuations between the time a bet slip is initiated and the time the bet is confirmed.

Live Betting: In-play live betting markets are available on selected events. Live betting odds update in real time. dj222 reserves the right to suspend or close any live betting market at any time, including where there is a data feed delay, a significant change in match conditions, or a suspicion of irregular betting activity.

Casino Games: All virtual casino games (including slots, table games, and instant-win titles) use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. RNG certification is conducted by independent testing laboratories. The theoretical return-to-player (RTP) percentage for each game is stated within the game information panel.

Live Casino: Live dealer games are streamed in real time from licensed studios including Evolution Gaming and Ezugi. The rules applicable to each live table are displayed within the game interface and must be read before play commences. Live dealer decisions are final and cannot be reversed once the round has concluded.

Crash Games: Crash and instant-win titles available on dj222 — including Aviator from Spribe — use a provably fair algorithm. The outcome of each round is determined before the round begins and can be independently verified by the player using the game's provably fair verification tool.

dj222 reserves the right to void any bet or game result where there is evidence of a technical error, data feed failure, or any attempt by the player to exploit a software vulnerability or error. In such cases, the staked amount will be returned to the player's account balance.

7. User Obligations & Conduct

By using the dj222 platform, you agree to use the service solely for lawful personal entertainment purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not use the Platform in any manner that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the Platform's infrastructure, or that could interfere with any other player's use of the service.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on dj222:

• Opening or operating more than one registered account, whether under the same or a different identity.
• Using false, stolen, or third-party identity information during registration or KYC verification.
• Depositing funds derived from criminal activity or using the Platform for money laundering purposes.
• Using software, bots, scripts, or automated tools to place bets, influence game outcomes, or gain any unfair advantage over the Platform or other players.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the Platform's games or betting systems for financial gain. Any winnings derived from a known software error must be reported to support and will be void.
• Colluding with other players in multiplayer games or live casino environments to gain an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in any form of bonus abuse, including low-risk or zero-risk wagering strategies designed to manufacture wagering completion without genuine gameplay risk.
• Sharing your account credentials with any third party or allowing another person to use your registered account.
• Using the Platform's chat or messaging features (if any) to send abusive, threatening, offensive, or spam communications.
• Attempting to access any part of the dj222 system, back-end infrastructure, or another player's account without authorisation.

dj222 operates an anti-money laundering (AML) compliance programme consistent with applicable standards. All large transactions and any transactions that exhibit patterns consistent with money laundering or fraud are subject to review. dj222 reserves the right to request source-of-funds documentation from any player where such a review is warranted. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in account suspension and reporting to relevant authorities.

Players are solely responsible for complying with any tax obligations applicable to gambling winnings in their jurisdiction. dj222 does not withhold or remit tax on behalf of players and makes no representation regarding the tax treatment of gambling winnings under Bangladesh law or any other jurisdiction's law.

8. Account Suspension & Closure

dj222 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time and without prior notice where there are reasonable grounds to believe that any of the following has occurred or is occurring:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Registration or use of multiple accounts by the same individual.
• Provision of false or misleading information during registration or KYC.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, including the use of stolen payment methods or identity documents.
• Suspected money laundering or any other activity that violates applicable law.
• Use of software tools, bots, or exploits to gain an unfair advantage.
• Conduct that is abusive toward dj222 staff or other players.
• Activation of a voluntary self-exclusion request by the player.

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, the player will be notified via their registered email address. The investigation period may take up to thirty (30) days from the date of suspension, depending on the complexity of the matter. During the suspension period, the player will not be able to log in, deposit, place bets, or request withdrawals.

Where an account is permanently closed as a result of a confirmed Terms violation, any balance remaining in the account — including real-money balance and bonus balance — will be forfeited. dj222 will not be liable for any losses suffered by the player as a result of such closure.

Player-initiated closure: You may request the closure of your dj222 account at any time by contacting customer support via live chat. Any real-money balance remaining at the time of closure (net of any unsettled bonus wagering requirements) will be returned to your verified payment method within the standard withdrawal processing period of one to three business days. Accounts closed at the player's request may be reopened, subject to a standard identity verification process, unless the closure was made as part of a self-exclusion request — in which case the self-exclusion terms apply.

Responsible Gaming and Self-Exclusion: Players who feel that gambling is becoming a problem may activate a voluntary self-exclusion from within their account settings panel. Self-exclusion periods are available from one month up to five years, or indefinitely. During a self-exclusion period, the account will be locked and no marketing communications will be sent.
